Today the whole school went to Kyle park. We did a fun run. The year 6's went first. We were after the big kids. When it was our turn we ran the whole field and then we all got wet by the teachers with the squirt guns. After we got wet by the teachers we went down the slippery water slide. It was cold. All of my black clothes were soaked. I slid on my tummy, then I went to the hurdles when you go under and over.
Then I went to the bouncy castle and it was slippery. I went through the 2 circles in the bouncy castle then I went on the slide. It was fun. When I got off the bouncy castle I kept running and then people threw sponges. It hurt because people kept throwing them hard. and then I went to the tyres. It was amazing and that was the end.
WOW Shikya.What a great run through of what happened.I think all the children and teachers had a great day.I certainly enjoyed using the squirt guns.I got some great photos of children on the slide.

I went to Willowbank with Sam and we fed the animals.Sam enjoyed feeding the eels while my favourite animal to feed was the emu.
